David Quinn is an experienced family office executive with over twenty-five years of investment experience in real estate development and investment planning. David founded ARQ Wyoming, in March 2019 as Managing Partner after serving as an officer for another Wyoming based firm acting as trust administrator and officer for wealthy families.

David previously served sixteen years as President and Managing Director reporting to CEO and Principal, Paul  Von  Gontard of the Anheuser-Busch family. As President,  David was  responsible   for  Melody Ranch Investments, Melody Ranch Developments and  No  Pro Housing  in  Jackson  Hole.  He led the family office investment areas of land development, land acquisitions and oil and gas. He was involved in the management of cattle ranches and built polo fields for The International Jackson Hole Polo Club. 

After Melody Ranch Development, David worked as an investment advisor for Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones in Jackson Hole. Before residing exclusively in Wyoming, he  lived  in  San  Francisco  and  worked in Equity Sales and Syndication at Lehman Brothers Institutional  Bank and traded on the Pacific Coast Options Floor.

David graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has held both investment (series 7, 63, 65) and real estate brokers licenses. His  interests  include   fly   fishing,   hiking, and skiing. David past Board experiences include past board member to Therapeutic Riding Association and Jackson Hole Ocean Sailing Club. He is currently a board member and advisor to Music Land, a non-profit organization for music education. David has two children and resides in Jackson Hole with his wife Michelle.

Amber Caska is an experienced family office executive, strategic advisor and active angel investor. Amber previously served 4 years as the Chief Financial Officer, Investments for Hillspire, LLC., the family office of the retired Chairman of Alphabet Inc., Eric Schmidt and his wife, Wendy Schmidt. Amber also served as officer for a private foundation, the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Fund for Strategic Innovation. Previously, she served over 8 years and was promoted to Senior Director and Treasurer reporting directly to the Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen at his family office, Vulcan Inc., and served as Board Director and advisor in areas of investments, audit, philanthropy, sports, entertainment and hospitality, including an NBA basketball team, the Portland Trail Blazers and The Hospital Club in London. As a member of the Investment Committee she led all of Vulcan Inc's liquidity, risk management and corporate finance responsibilities, including negotiating financing, hedging and trading. Amber led strategic discussions with the family on the overall portfolio which incorporated asset allocation, leverage, tax and trust planning strategies. Amber was an active board member and advised on turnaround strategies that were successfully implemented, navigating a number of companies to increased profit. Amber is an advisor to Off The Grid Ventures, M3 Biotechnology, Portfolia, SellHound, FashionPositive.org and Cinequest.org. She was previously on the Board of Credit Suisse’s Emerging Markets initiative, Women in New Markets. Earlier in her career, Amber held positions at KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, GE Capital, Safeco and JP Morgan. Amber holds a Bachelor of Economics, Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney. She is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).
